PCs tested with the TimeHarp260

We have unfortunately encountered compatibility problems of the TimeHarp 260 with a few desktop PCs. The problems are mostly found with the low-end PCs of large manufacturers like DELL and are caused by a wrong implementation of the Active State Power Management (ASPM) in the BIOS of these PCs. for all non listed Motherboards/Computers the Cards prefer not to be connected directly to the processor. instead of this oyu should search for a PCIe Slot that is connected via the Chipset (mostly all x1 or x4 Slots) this information can be found the the motherboard manual.

If your PC is not compatible please contact http://support.picoquant.com.
