Interfacing a time-resolved spectrometer (FluoTime 300) with a microscope (MicroTime 100)
This video shows, how a MicroTime 100 confocal FLIM-microscope can be interfaced with a FluoTime 300 spectrometer. This allows for recording emission spectra of TRES spectra on selected positions within a FLIM image.
In an analogous fashion, also a MicroTime 200 can be interfaced with a FluoTime 300.
